I bought R1000 Telkom landline data with the intention to put it in my modem only to realise that there is a difference between Telkom airtime and 8ta airtime. I went to my nearest Telkom store and they told me that they would try their best. That took a month and I got a negative response and had to deal with the shop which I bought it from which referred me back to Telkom. Now I wonder where in the world I can get a refund for Telkom products If Telkom itself cannot provide refunds in such instances of mistaken identity.
