I purchased a Fujitsu I7 ultra book around the 20-10-2013 It was faulty
I returned it on the 02-11-2013, i received a call from Fujitsu that they only received the computer to day 28-11-2013 this is 26days latter NO ONE FROM DION'S HAS CONTACTED ME EVEN WHEN I WENT IN TO THE STORE ON THE 14-11-2013 I was informed that Dion's has 21 days to repair or replace the unit!!
I went to the store to request my replacement computer only to be informed that the do not have a new one in stock and will not be able to replace the unit with a new Fujitsu I7 ultra book as they no loner stock this item
I requested a new computer with the same specifications Only to be told that i would have to pay in
This has left a bad taste, all i request that Dion's exchange the unit for a new computer wit the same specifications
The computer was only 10 days old
DION'S BEDFORDVIEW is not willing to honer there replacement guarantee
POOR customer service
I have laied out money and have not had use of the equipment
ONCE AGAIN THE BIG BOYS BULLY THE SMALL GUYS
All i require is the same or equivalent computer I have been pacent for 26 days
