Hi there, i bought a TV from dion almost 4 months ago but with my space is not enough i havent used/opened the box of the TV, only opened after 3 months and found the TV monitor seems to be damaged, since there was my mistake as well coz i didnt opened it for such a long time dion considered as repair and took it repair but i am wondering why cant i ask dion replacement for this since i havent used it... i have mentioned in store that every thing in the box is still there and new coz i didnt used they can also find them as its new.
since i am long time regular customer with dion i am just thinking of asking if they can replace the unit rather than repair..please try and see if you can... i am buying things like every other month from you guys as i am a such loyal customer to dion. thanks a lot in advance, hoping to resolve
