Bought a Fujitsu Lifebook laptop in April - great spec but so cheap I was concerned that there may be a flaw.
Now discovered the flaw - the solid state hard drive is not reliable so the machine is u/s. But that's Fujitsu's fault not the shop's.
Dion Wired could have argued and insisted that I send it in for the service agent to investigate - but they accepted the evidence and gave me a full refund. And they are helping me to extract the data that is still on the machine.
So congrats to Gift (service technician) and Griffith (the store manager) for not giving me a hassle and sending me away satisfied.
