After I wrote a complain in Hellopeter, I had a call from KIC customer services and he told me that KIC Company wants to replace the fridge with the new one and it will happen middle of the next week he said that they will inform me before delivery. But no one contact me after that till now. I am very disappointed with the poor service and fridge quality. I am following this issue for more that 5 weeks and I am suffering to see the broken fridge in my house.
