On the 10/11/2013, I went to Kollonade to buy TV on high purchase. But was kicked off out of the store by an unprofessional Manager who was in the Store for the day a Female, unbelievable. Her problem that I was going to print my salary advise from SAP/ ESS, and she wanted the Original payslip, when the Sales person informed him about it. She said she was going to put my application aside till I bring my three months bank statement. Hello!!! this is an Information era, where the Internet is the core to a competitive business environment. Original payslip is traditional and history, ecommerce is the name of the business. Think of negative impact the lady is causing word of mouth, losing profit, retaining a customer, bad attitude by Manager worse part of it the Manager herself in a competitive environment, unbilievable and unacceptalble does it woth it. Pls take the Lady for training she doesn't deserve to be there.
