I had a account with the Joshau Door in Nelspruit. I paid up the account in 2011. This year a debt collection company contacted me to tell me that my account is in arrears. I told them it is impossible because i paid it up. I went to the store to enquire what is going on. The lady named Annatacia showed me the statements on the system but she refused to print me the statements. She told me to go to a attorney and they must requested it. On the system it showed that all my things that i brought at the store is paid up, but they never cancelled the club book. Now they want me to pay for there mistake. I always receive several times invites to come and buy things at the store. She said that takes time to find people but all my details is still the same.
