Joshua Doore
Account paid up but still active on my credit repo

My account with joshau doore was paid up in march this year but on my credit report is still active and after contacting joshau doore as to why the account was not closed after it was paid up i got no answer and now this thing is affecting my credit report and yet joshau doore keeps sending me promotional staff to come and open up another account with them. and on the other side they are messing up my credit profile. this is an unacceptable conduct. i need this thing fixed with xds, transunion, experian, compuscan as it is a serious inconviniene.
