Terrible service and incompitance of employees

I went to Joshua Doore at jabulani mall to settle my account last year i was told their system cannot pick up my account it only shows the settled one and i must try at protea gardens, i went there and i paid some amount even though they couldn't see my account i got a receipt from them, i then went to randburg only to find the same story, i was told that their system is going through an upgrade. I was advised to pay R9000.00 then when the system comes back I'll be given a call back, I'm still waiting. I called a couple of times and was promised a call back, did it ever come? Now i spoken to tshepo a supervisor who does not have understanding and spoke to his superior who said they will calculate from the day i paid. Tshepo sends me an email that comes from Bengali that i must prove that i was indeed told to pay that amount, so all this time I've been calling and the first thing that I'm told is our calls r recorded for security, who's security if i must go and prove that the amount i paid was the advised. They r unable to tell me the amount that .ws left, outstanding last year and guess what their system cam back, up in July. I encourage people not to buy things at joshuardoore!!!
