I have waited months now for Queensburgh Russells to reimburse me my one debit order that was taken off after full settlement of my account, they paid one account but not the other that was taken off and there is an amount charged to me of R980 or thereabouts for them delivering my goods which I collected at my own cost from the Pinetown depot. I have queried this and asked to be refunded to no avail. I am tired of phoning this branch and being told they have to wait for customers to pay their accounts so that they can reimburse me. I have left it for just on 2 months now and still nothing has been paid to date including any acknowledgment that I will be refunded for the delivery I was incorrectly billed on.
