I called in to complain about the radio I purchased didn't have a radio face... I was confrunted with a terrible attitude, I was also put on hold and then ignored.
After hold on for a few minutes I haung up and called back, yes I was at this time off!!! to get told that the manager has gone home, so I ask, why was I put on hold the first time??!!! Let me guess-- your staff don't give a cos they know they are part of a huge retail company and the loss of 1 client won't affect your proffit in any way what so ever!!! Do they care?!!
