Gemsound Radio purchased from Autostyle and 8 months later it was faulty. Handed back to Autostyle for repair/replacments which took 8 weeks of hassling them for a response. Eventually they said we could collect a new radio. The box had been opened indicating that it wasn't new, this they disputed and said the packing tore when taken off the shelf. When the radio was fitted we discovered that there was no GPS card and when queried was told we had to pay for it. The card was in the radio handed in and came with the original radio when purchased. No card was in the so called new radio and replacement is now R350.
