I looked at your catalogue on the website - I am interested in a patio set - first called Retail Crossing - the reception kept me on hold for ages, then called back and wanted to speak to the manager - couldn't get hold of him - he called me back - didn't have stock - told me only one set on the floor in Alberton after I had to ask him to check - Then I called Midrand - what a change - what a friendly chap on the phone (I am sorry that I didn't get his name) - he told me without me asking that they don't have, but 2 in Woodmead - called Woodmead, either their line is busy, or just rings - called the 0800 customer care - there I was told that she would try to get hold of woodmead for me - kept me holding which must have been 10 minutes - I eventually put the phone down - tried calling woodmead again - either busy, or rings - I need some help please!!!
