WRONG ORDER - DAMAGING BRAND

I called the customer service on 26/09/2013 around 16:46pm to complain about the wrong order, we applied for S4 however S4 mini was delivered, and on checking the website after delivery it shows they do not have the S4, now Nkosinathi Mahlangu was arrogant and rude instead of helping me with my query, it was as if i bothered him giving me a bad attitude, how can he work in customer service with such a bad attitude, i got angry i asked for the manager, he told that there was no manager on the floor, and only one supervisor who is busy and cant take my call, i told him that's not for him to decide i will hold for the supervisor he said her name is Julia Mabote and he rudely put me on hold while i was still talking and to my surprise came on the line a guy called Sibusiso Dhlamini who told he is an assistant manager, who was unhelpful and abrupt, didn't care to listen rather interrupted me the whole time even when i asked him why did his agent advise there was no manager on the floor, he was then arrogant very rude and did not care, to a point where he didn't help me nd i told him i will take this further and i will report such service i need the phone taken back its not what i ordered
