Woolies non delivery on internet purchase directly

First mistake, I made a really bad decision the other day! I decided to give the woolworths internet purchase site a try.
Second mistake, I asked my Wife to process the transaction for me because I do not believe in credit cards and woollies site only accepts that form of payment.
Third mistake, I chose an item that my young son really wanted and now it seems is never going to get! Two x Spiderman caps in 3 year old size, black.

First delivery was organized for the weekend. waited all morning. no show.
phoned.. oh its on its way!
Waited few more hours!
phoned, oh, it has not even been processed yet! (thanks!!)
Re-organize for Monday afternoon delivery to work!
No show.
Phone, re-organise for Tuesday delivery.
No-Show!!!

Now, its a matter of wait for the rest of my life or take the chance and ask for a cancellation which they say takes 3-4 days. If their delivery systems are anything to go by...
Well done woollies, in a bad economy, you have managed to kill any chances of two generations of my family from ever purchasing from you again, internet or otherwise.
