I placed an order this last Saturday on the woolworths online site. I chose Thurs 30 May 6PM - 8PM for the delivery slot. I have not been contacted by woolworths at all and my order has not been delivered.
The same thing happened to my husband 2 weeks ago, he placed an order for a fri 6PM to 8PM and the order wasn't delivered, when he phoned he was told it was because it was clothing it came from Cape Town and they don't deliver on Fridays, he was then told it would come on Monday between 6-8 PM, he was home sick from work when the delivery guy decided to show up in the middle of the day. So I have no idea how your delivery schedule is working.
I have now been on the hold on the customer care-line for 5 min with no operators being "available" and I sent an email last night which hasn't been responded to. When exactly can I expect my order?
