I recently used Woolworths Online store for the first time and even though the online store was easy to use and the transaction was processed with ease, I was disappointed with the delivery.

1. The first delivery was made two hours before the chosen slot and therefore I was not at home to receive the parcel
2. The delivery was incomplete with no note to explain where the remainder of the order was
3. The second delivery was made without prior arrangement so it was by chance that I was home
4. The driver was unfriendly.
5. One of the items was not correct and another item was not delivered at all - surely if the the online store says it is available it should be?
6. Made an online complaint which was not resolved either.

Bad and disappointing service, for a supposedly good retailer. Will not use in future.
