Telephone nuance

I am receiving calls at least once a day from Homechoice trying to sell goods to me. Everytime I ask them to take me off their data base but they still persist. The last call I got from them was last Saturday, but now they hounding me with emails and sms'! I'm really getting tired of all this calls, do I really have to resort to swearing at the call centre agents for them to leave me alone?
