Poor quality goods and inability to listen

I have ordered 2 products (bedding and a luggage set last year) and I am appalled at the quality of goods that I have received from Homechoice! My pillow cases (less than a year old) are already ripping at the seams and the material thats been used to manufacture the luggage set feels so cheap and not durable! Since these 2 orders I will never order again from Homechoice. Further to that I have been receiving calls on a daily basis from Homechoice call centre on "Private Number" (and unfortunately I have to answer these as when my mum phones me it comes up as Private as well) even though I have requested that they refrain from calling me as Im not interested in the products and even if I am I do get the newsletters so I do not appreciate the constant calls - almost feels like harassment. I think once a consultant even cut the call on me when I said I dont have the time to take her call, no "sorry to disturb" or even a "goodbye" - just cut the call - how rude! I am soo unimpressed by your goods and your call centre management.
