At the end of May 2013 I bought a bed base homechoice, after at while this base started loosening at the connections at the bottom and it does this every time you climb on it to sleep or even if you turn and you have to connect it again. I have made several calls to Homechoice and I was promised that someone will come to my house and no one came. I spoke to Bulelwa three weeks ago and the reference no is 119384600, no one came back to me and two weeks ago another lady phoned me w.r.t. my account I told her about the situation of the base and she said she will be sending a guy to come and fix it on Saturday and up to today no one has came. On Tuesday last week there was also a lady that phoned me and I told her about the situation of the bed and she said she will phone me back and she never did even phoned. I am very disappointed by this poor service, I need homechoice to get back to me and tell me what will happen about this bed because I am still paying it.
