NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT CARE ATTITUDE... OK

We have been waiting for feedback for more than two weeks after appying for an account at OK FURNITURE in Midrand, when we call the customer care department they send us to the store and when you call the store we are sent to the New applications department. they make empty promises and that they have made conacts with the HR department whereas there was no complication. The bed that we took was on special or is it the case that they want to sell it on the higher price now. We couls have taken it somehere else now if we knew that was going to be a hassle to get a bed and a matress at OK.
