I went to OK furniture in Gerrit Maritz street Pta North to buy a DSTV compact and ask the Sale Representatives (the manager Arthur and salesman if they could install it the same day (Saturday 23) or the next day (Sunday 24), due to my working hours in the week from 7 to 7 everyday. Arthur did explain it normally takes 36hours for installation but he also said if they don't pitch today it will definitely happened on Sunday. On Sunday morning 11:15 I went back to the store and ask if they could phone the guys who install the dish to make sure the installation still going to take place on Sunday. They made some promises before 15:00. I also said if its not going to happened today I want to return the compact and OK should refund me. Its now 15;30 and I'm still waiting for the installation. OK. Furniture does not worry about client services they only care to make money. Get your customer priority straight and stop laying to the customers. Rather be straight forward and honest then making empty promises.
