@ Home living Century City dont need our Business

Today Sunday 12 May 2013 I went to @ home living space located at Century City to buy furniture for my brand new house.

I choose allmost R25 000 of furniture, I was told that it takes 2 weeks to order the furniture as its out of stock in Cape Town, but was told they will phone to find out.

I then walked to the cookware department and asked the sales person Wynand how much the kettle was that I want to buy, I then also asked him why a client of the store must wait 2 weeks for delivery of stock, Wynand told me that it comes from JHB, I said but that not good, Cape Town is a city on its own and if you running a business operation you should have all the stock available for delivery, a customer should not have to wait 2 weeks, I said in that case I can just as well take my money to furniture city (I am a regular client of furniture city Canal Walk, last week I spend R22000 on furniture for my new home, the very friendly sales consultant who helped me at furniture city was Lindy).

So after my complaint to Wynand he said @ home doesnt care about customers who is not happy as the store doesnt need MY money, he said the store makes R200 000 a day and therefor not care about me.
