WE PURCHASED A BED AND TV LAST YEAR 28 MAY 2012 AND WITHIN 3 MONTHS WE PAID THE ACCOUNT IN FULL. OCTOBER LAST YEAR WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE BED AND THE BED WAS EXCHANGED WITH NO PROBLEMS. ITS IS NOW MAY AND LAST MONTH I HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE NEW BED, WHICH I REPORTED AND ONE OF SEALY'S AGENT CAME OUT AND SAID THAT THE MATRESS IS NOT FAULTY. IF IT IS NOT FAULTY THEN WHY IS MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF EXPERIENCING BODY ACHES? THERE ARE LUMPS AND BUMPS ON THE MATRESS, CLEARLY THERE IS FAULT WITH THE MATRESS. I CANT KEEP CONTACTING OK FURNITURES WITH THE MATTER, THEY ARE NOT ASSISTING ME IN CORRECTING THE MATTER, AND I FEEL IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ENDURE THIS FROM A WELL KNOWN STORE. SEALY BEDS ARE NOT KNOWN TO GIVE BACK PROBLEMS BUT TO AVOID IT!!!

I CANNOT GO BACK AND FORTH, MY GAURENTEE IS ALMOST OVER. I BOUGHT THE BED BY OK FURNITURE STORE AND NOT BY SEALY, I WANT IT TO BE SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY.
