Shocking respose!!!

I went to makro wonderboom on tuesday the 13 August 2013 to buy some items i had seen on their latest birthday catalog. I got everything i wanted except for the 46l kitchen bin (grey) that was advertised. I got the bin but it did not have a lead, so i asked ladies who were working near that department to help me find the lead. they searched for the lead and they couldn't find it. i asked for the manager, and Mr Walter (sales manager) came down to assist in the matter but shocked me in his response. I explained the situation to him and he responded by saying that he is aware about the missing leads and he had, had that problem for about a week. he kept on tell me about a merchant who comes once a week for what??? So i asked myself if those leads had been missing for week how come the bins were still in display and not removed as they were sorting out the problem. the time spent looking for that lead was a great inconvenience never mind the 10km I drove to makro wonderboom to be given such a lousy excuse. I have always been a great fan of makro wonderboom but after yesterday i'm not sure if it's worth going back there.
