Terrible client service - PE Branch

We bought a 55 'smart tv on Satday 17 August and was advised by 3 of your sales reps it came with 10 pairs of 3d glasses. I asked whether it was in the box as nothing was given to me -was told it was in the box.
To our surprise we found out that the box only had 2 pairs and not 10 pairs. I immediately phoned Mandla who said he would take it up with the supplier
On Wednesday (21 Aug 2013) Mandla advised referring the matter to Leticia Gallant as the supplier couldn't help.
When I spoke to her I was advised
o That she was getting NO joy from her head office and oWas referring the matter rather to the supplier again. They in turn didn't want to assist as Makro made an error. I was then told by Leticia in no uncertain terms that although Makro made a mistake, there
was no way that Makro would stand for the 8x R180 3d glasses (yes she quoted the rand value) dispute.
I stated we were considering returning the tv, she then asked that we should give Makro till Monday to sort it out. No calls whole week from Leticia and today I followed up just to be told sorry Jerome says theres nothing they can do.
Makro made the mistake. They should know what they selling!! Im really not happy.
