I received my last statement from morkels in june then that was it, I went to morkels attlyn mall mid august to enquire& the lady who assisted me told me that it's not their fault that I am not getting my statements but the account department & she send them an email but still no statements. I went there again & they told me the same thing in october and they send them an email again till now I am just paying without knowing my account balance and I want to settle my account and forget about their bad service, they're deducting money for the club but I'm not getting any club magazines for 5months now but onething they don't forget is to debit my account and to send me monthly specials and not forgetting to remind me to have money on my bank account on the 15th for the debit order. I never thought I'll experience a bad service @ Morkels and that's my last account with them. I am so disappointed in them and can't wait to settle my account.if they do get my complain, can they pls send my statements through my email
