Paid up account not being settled by accounts

Good day Peter,

I've settled my account at Morkels for a laptop and the retail branch in Rustenburg confirmed the account was paid up, but still the account department of Morkels are phoning me due to arrears on the account. This is going on for more than an year now, and still I receive no joy of the Morkels account department. The branch in Rustenburg have faxed and emailed through to the accounts department all proof of payments but the people of the accounts department still don't settle the account. every time they phone me and I inform them that the account has been paid up, they just hang up. Can you please assist in this matter.
