How is it possible that a chainstore like CLICKS can be out of stock "possibly for a month", according to the local chemist, on a medication as important as an Anti-depressant??

I was forced to pay a higher price for VENLAFAX UNIC XR because the generic may not be available for weeks. An anti-depressant is not something any patient can just leave for any length of time.

This is unacceptable and I feel CLICKS should repay its customers the difference between the original and the generic, if they cannot supply what is needed.

This is not good business protocol.
