As per my previous complaint about Morkels, I received a call from Marabedi to inform me that Morkels is unable retreive proof that i owe them, they cant draw statements showing my last payment received, nor even a statements showing balance before account was handed over. The lady just told me to pay and I told her she was dreaming and telling me. Till now complaint is stil not solved. They must produce proof of records to the client to prove if I am in debt with them. Till then I shall wait, and if the only option is to take them to court, the so shall it be.
