Worst account service ever - Check your account

I bought things from Morkels in April last year. They split it into 2 account because the one has no interest and the other has interest. I Sighed a contract that stated that I did not want club membership. I went bank after the first statement and told them that club fees are on the account, but they took 2 club fees because there were 2 account. I went back 5 months in a row and it is still not fixed. I went there today, I asked if I could get the 1 month free instalment taken off, because that was the promotion at the time that I bought the goods. And then after that I wish to settle the remainder of the account. Before the interest goes through on the 7th. They told me that they cannot give me the free month instalment as it takes 2 weeks to go through the whole process. Then they wanted me to settle the full amount and they will refund me as soon as they receive the money back. I phone Lionel Wydeman and asked if it has been reported -he told me that he was driving and will only check his email tomorrow. So what that tells me is that they do not care about customer service or about complaints, because he could have contacted his office and made arrangements.
