The phone I had received at ackermans is also doing the very same thing as the other one bt even worse and I feel that Blackberry is the problem, I have not even had this phone for a year but I am not pleased with the result. I hope now Blackberry will take it upon them to fix the problem because this is not fair all towards me and I am not happy at all
