In august 2013 i bought a Monroe 3 piece lounge suite from their market street shop in Johannesburg CBD and immediately after delivery we realised that the suite was damaged and we reported the damage immediately to them and we spoke to a sales lady called Linda and she promised that they will replace them as soon as they get delivery from the warehouse which was supposed to be the month of September, we did follow ups with the manager at the shop but we get promises and promises.can someone please speak to the shop and inform us when we can expect replacement of this goods as it is 4 months now since we bought the suite.
