I attempted to get a phone and contract through cell c at dion wired in Woodmead. The person "assisting" was absolutely useless, spent the entire time on the line to cell c, repeated the same process time after time getting it completely wrong. It took over 2 hours to get this done.By far my worst experience at dion and I will never use this branch again. If you are looking to take a mobile phone contract please look elsewhere. Dion will not have the competence to assist you.
