I called your help desk on the 12/10/2013 to get a settlement amount for my account. The consultant Anthea advised me that I need to settle R4563.50 as the settlement amount is determined y the interest rate and is only valid for one day, I confirmed twice with Anthea if this was the only and final amount to be paid to settle the account and she assured me that was the amount. I then went to the Westgate branch and settle the exact figure advised by the consultant.
to my surprise I received an invoice this month stating that I have an open amount of R1052.19 to be paid. I called the help desk today and Mpho advised me that as per Antheas notes I was told to pay R5553.44 and not the R4563.50. Disgusted in this service. I will not recommend this company at all as they on their systems and there consultants only cover-up and don't address the clients complaints. #Not Impressed service.
