I received a email from MBD stating that i can pay X amount to settle my account so i called and spoke to Mosa.
I asked her if she can assist me in getting a final amount so that i can settle the account, she gave me more than what the email stated and i requested to speak to a Manager but she said " his name is Charles and he is in a meeting, can she get him to call me back" then said "i must call him back in 2hours"
All i want is a full settlement amount and i will settle the account.
