I requested assistance regarding a certain matter almost two weeks ago. When I did not receive any response from either Kevin or Malcolm in 3 days, I posted a complaint on Hello Peter. Since then, a whole week went by without any of these two people contacting me. No wonder service in general in this country is so bad. In this case, neither the store manager or the regional manager could even bother to contact me to assist me with a small problem. Makes me wonder how they got into these positions in the first place. To the PnP person who will be reading this, please don't bother to apologise because it is not your fault and you will just be apologising on behalf of these two people, who really just don't give a about their customers and would never bother to apologise themselves. So even after your reply, it will not change anything to my disappointment. Kevin and Malcolm needs their backsides kicked.
