I have been requesting a settlement amount to settle this loan, but no one ever gets back to me? I pay interest on every day you take to send me a settlement amount. My outstanding balance is around R500.00 and you going to keep debiting until I settle this, how do I settle it if I don't have a settlement amount? You claim your turn around time is 48 hours? I have been waiting 336 hours. Come on guys, after sales customer service is pathetic, Ill never recommend anyone to you.
