I took my External Hard drive Back to the branch a month after i bought it because my computer just stopped picking up the hard drive. They said they have to send it in to Seagate to see what is wrong. after almost a MONTH they called me to say I can come and collect a new one. I took time off work to go and collect it and I was told that they don't have stock. How can you tell someone to collect something you don't have? They said I can see what they have in stock and then take one of them. The hard drive was on special when I bought it so I won't get the same value for my money. They ordered one from a different branch and now I have to wait another week for the hard Drive. I'm not a person that complains about something but this is really unacceptable.
