I was at shoprite rustenburg I paid qithnmy fnb cheque account, I recieced an sms from fnb corfimg that an amoumt of 450 has been reserved but the cashier with an attitude said it declined and inshowed her am sms, that where all broke loose, I was told im dont have money in my accohmt and she said i shiuld try again, of whichni did but I had nooney sincenit had hone through, and dn the manager came and told me thw sms doesnt say the money wwnt through and she told me some foolish excuse, and she just left dn I called fnb, which cornfime that the money went through and I shouldngiveba phone to the supervisor who was next toe ao they can explain to them how to reverse it but she refused and now couple of cashiers and packers werw aty case talking basty about me as if im not there, I was so humuliated and they treated me like nothing & trash, and what makes me angry is that after the u held my money they tell me to come on friday with my bank statement and they will call thwir headoffice while I had no transport fee, the reason why I went there was to buy and withdraw, evem their head office I called them the phone rang non stoo
