I was @ shoprite Alexandra on the 19/10/13 and a non food manager by the name of queen decided to withdraw money when it was my turn to be served she comes out of nowhere and demands to be assisted by the cashier while i am standing there. she never asked me as a customer to withdraw on top of that she gives me an attitude. i didnt expect that from a manager, she should be demoted. what is she teaching the staff there. i was very fustrated by her on that day. i always shop there but this just changed my shopping dirrection to Pick n pay where the cashiers greet by saying hello not plastic. hope something will be done to this so called manager.
