I went to Checkers to send money through money market. I gave the cashier money and she entered the wrong amount, she asked me to try withdraw the outstanding amount (R10.00) at the the till. The withdrawal was declined because my card is a cheque card. When I went back to the counter she was not there, I waited for a while and when came back I told her what had happened and she got so angry, telling me that she wont pay the money, I asked her to call the manager and she refused at first, when she called the manager/supervisor and told her a completely different story to what had happened, I told her what she was saying was not true and she rudely told me that I was a in full view of other customers. The supervisor decided to come with me to the bank to get the money, I could hear the cashier and her colleague talking about me as we left the store. Such disregard for customers, no apology for her mistake whatsoever.
