I went to withdraw R300 on the 29th Jan 2014, at randburg shoprite. The cashier swiped my bank card and I even put on my pin code, whilst still transacting the system went offline. I didn't have my cellphone with me to check if it went through. When I got at work I found that my money was taken from shop rite but the cashier didn't give me my money. I've been calling them, spoke to the manager who told me that the cashier was not extra and money is not showing on their side. I called my bank and the confirmed the time and date and amount of R300 that shoprite took from me. So now I'm let with no money and my kids with no food as I don't have the money tv at shoprite ripped me off. I am going to CPA with my bank transactions and I swear shop rite will be found guilty as they couldn't even help the customer they robbed.
