I am not sure to be angry or what, I called shoprite head office on Thursday 21November 2013, informing them about the service that I got from their branch in rustenburg, a Guy I spoke-to promised that they will refund my money, the IT Banking have send Fnb an email for a refund, and I haven't receive a cobo, and i got lots of calls from different department at shoprite apologising, and I spend my money phoning FNB, I spend my money requesting a bank statement, since they dint even bother to ask for my cards details while I was in the store for almost an hour, I didn't get the goods I paid for, on top of the stinking and rude attitude, now I haven't received my hard earn money, and now they want me to go back to shoprite again with my bank statement after that treatment, WHO has paid for my time I spend there for nothing, my airtime, and the I got from customer service that I will get the money last week thursday, no wonder their workers are behaving like this they all need to go and learn about consumer rights and customer service, if I had taken my money and bought shares with it today id be rich
