Fourth complaint and still PnP keep messing up

Wendy-Lee Millar asked me to give her feedback about the cause of my previous complaints (3 in 2 weeks). So I draft a long reply - she does not even reply. Then today Crystal from Online call me to say the voucher will be loaded to my wifes account today. So my wife goes to Woodmead PnP. There was no credit loaded onto my wifes Smart Shopper Card as Crystal said at 11h this morning, there is no voucher at the counter either, there is no Anna (as I was told) there to help us. ONCE AGAIN PNP HAS PROVEN THEY CANT DO ANYTHING RIGHT!
