Colgate Palmolive
Very concerned

I purchased the colgate palmolive shampoo in november 2012, on the day i used it, my hair tangled and it had to be cut, i phoned palmolive the same day that happened. two days after i contacted them, they sent out the DHL courier services to come and collect the product and the hair that fell out and broke off, ever since i have been calling i atleast call three times in the month i even let someone else phone for me aswell, and everytime i get in contact with cornelie at palmolive, she assures me that they will get back to me, its been more than 6months and to date no one has been in contact with me, whats the way forward...
