My wife and I both have John dory club member cards and every year we spend our birthday supper at John Dory, also we spend eat out almost 2 times a month at John dory. This year on my wifes birthday we were told that there is no birthday voucher on my wifes card, so she called the customer care line and spoke to gugu, so gugu tells my wife that she must go to a john dory and they will activate the voucher so we go to Gateway John dory on the 7 November 2013 and spoke to Clinton the manager and he says they cannot do that so whilst and the restaurant i call the customer line and speak to Rocky he then ponders why there is no voucher, he says he will call me back and when he did he tells me we havent used the card 4 times in the year which is utter bull dust and thats why she never recieve a voucher this year... so why is it not stated on the new card terms and cond?? we have been members for 3 years and we get this excuse so much for been loyal to the club members John dory. I would like this matter dealt with and correction made on this soonest... My wifes card number is -4854030105674815. Explain me where is this said on your signing up cause I can see BULL on it!
