I requested a settlement letter from TFG for my account on 5 occasion's in two weeks, to date I have not received the letter. I have sent two emails to the customer service email address and an emails to Ashley who is a team leader but I have been waiting from the 5/11/2013. The call centre agents keep promising that it will be done on a specific day but no joy.
