Request for Settlement lette

I called the card division call centre early last week to request for a settlement letter for my credit card and I was told that it would take 48 hours. The turn around time lapsed without me recieving the letter and that then prompted to call in again on monday the 22/07/2013 around 8am. A call centre agent confirmed that the letter was sent and then escalated the call to the Team leader by the name of Sajeed Moola. When he confirmed my email address we realised that it was sent to an incorrect address. Sajeed said he would rectify the address and then send the letter in 10MIN. I called in again around 1pm and was told by Lerato that the letter was sent at 11:15 when i asked her to transfer me to Sajeed because i had not recieved it she said that they cant tranfer to team leaders. How rediculous is that!! after that she said she would get Sajeed to call me back. I called again 30 min later and spoke to Rosemary that dismissed the statement made by her collegue Lerato and said the letter was not sent at 11:15 but it was checked and that they were waiting for someone to sign it, she then told me to hold when i requested the call to be escalated and then hung up.
