I bought a cellphone from the markhams store in the bluff in January 2013 its was a blackberry. It was then in april 2013, i called in the store and the lady said that i should come in the store i was only able to go to the store 2 days later, but i reported the phone within 24hrs. When i went to the store the sale lady that assissed me was absolutely rude, she said that i should go and get a police report which i went and got what ever she asked me to get. I brought all the paper work that she asked for and then she says to me i must not waste her time i will not get a replacement phone even if i am paying for my insurance, since april i have not had a phone and received terrible service from markhams, i have n numerous occassions contact the cape town office via email regarding this issue with no response. Now i am receiving sms`s and phone calls demanded money from me. Please could someone asssist.
